What is the warranty policy on Dakine backpacks and luggage?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all backpacks and luggage. If your gear fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming trip.
What is your return policy for unused items?
You can return any unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are Dakine snow gloves waterproof?
Most of our technical snow gloves feature GORE-TEX® liners or our proprietary DK Dry™ waterproof inserts to keep your hands dry in wet conditions. Check the specific product description for the waterproof rating.
How do I clean my Dakine gear?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water. For backpacks, use a soft brush to remove dirt. Never put your gear in a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the technical coatings and hardware.
